IT IS ALL ABOUT JESUS
Are you Curious about Christianity?
Here you’ll find a brief outline of the Good News of Jesus, have a read or feel free to get in touch below. If you’d like to meet up with someone to talk about what it means to be a Christian, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
GOD LOVES ME God’s love is unlimited and completely unconditional. There is nothing you can do to make God love you any more or less than He does right now! There is nothing that God wants more than to love and be loved by you. See: Psalm 100:5 and 1 John 3:16
I HAVE SINNED We sin when we ignore God, break His laws and basically do things our own way. Sin destroys relationships with friends, with family and with God.The Bible says that sin ultimately brings death. See: Isaiah 59:2 and Romans 6:23
JESUS DIED FOR ME We’ve all sinned, so we all deserve to be punished, to die. But God, who is full of mercy, loved you so much that He sent Jesus to come and die in your place. Jesus died so that you can have eternal life. See: 1 John 4 :9-10 and Romans 5:8
I NEED TO DECIDE TO LIVE FOR GOD God is offering you life in its fullness for all eternity. All you need to do is accept that you’ve sinned, ask God’s forgiveness and decide to live the rest of your life only for Him. The choice is yours. See: Deuteronomy 30:19 and 1 John 1:9 What next? Pray (Talk to God) Say sorry to God for doing things your own way (sin) and ask to know Jesus from this moment on. It might feel odd at first, but as with any new relationship it will only grow when you communicate. You can talk to God about anything you like! Maybe start by simply asking Him to bless your day and be with you…
